Chris Linsky is the Senior Pastor of Perdido Bay Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida.
I surrendered to Jesus Christ and became a born-again believer at the age of 28. Through the process of experiencing many blessings, both professionally and personally, I surrendered to a call to ministry at 40, leaving both a successful career and comfortable home, to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas to attend Seminary. I am currently completing my last semester at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where I have been earning a Masters of Divinity degree.
My wife, Deonna, and I were married on July 21, 1996 and together we have been blessed with five daughters to raise. With a family of seven our interests vary slightly, but all enjoy playing games together in the evenings, watching movies, spending time outdoors with a preference for the beach.
I am a passionate follower of the Triune God. His Holy Scriptures tell of His great love for me (us) and daily I am blessed to experience that love through His creation. Jesus is my Lord, He saved and continues to save me on a daily basis. To be His disciple and called to make other disciples in His name is perhaps the greatest honor of my life.
