Ron is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, serving with the Naval Security Group for over twenty years. While in the Navy, he served in churches around the world in various staff positions.
Prior to coming to Perdido Bay Baptist Church as the Associate Pastor of Administration, he served full-time as Associate Pastor, Minister to Children and Families at Myrtle Grove Baptist Church for sixteen years, and as Minister of Youth and Activities for seven years at a church in Alabama.
Ron and his wife, Rhonda, have been married for 44 years and have two sons, Brian (Leticia) and Jonathan. They also have two grandchildren, Faith and Matt, with whom they enjoy spending time.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of West Florida.
